C-4 Gaming is excited to announce 5 StarCraft 2 Beta Keys. Being a part of Blizzard's LAN affiliation program, C-4 Gaming is in possession of 5 Beta Keys. There will be a tournament held to determine who is the most worthy to obtain these keys. If you are interested, please RSVP right here. The tournament will be THIS Saturday so don't miss it.

Who likes to play Forza? It comes packed in with X-Box 360s now so plenty of people have it now. There are some new cars available for download this month so check it out. As for the schedule; C-4 Gaming will be CLOSED until April. The site will still be updated so be sure and check back next week for a tournament announcement. I cant wait for more but I'm glad this much is here. There is a review here if you want to see about it. It's great by the way. Now for the schedule. C-4 Gaming will be closed for 2 weekends in a row at the end of March. Open 14th and 15th then Closed 21st-22nd, and 28th-29th. That's Easter weekend and the following weekend.

Coming up this Friday at 6:00 pm is the big deal. Don't forget that the Bring a Friend program applies so if you can sucker someone into coming in and play for the first time in the tournament, you get your tournament fee waived, hopefully beat them, and get paid with his money. Also Battlefield Heroes has a new video. It looks like a mix between Team Fortress and regular Battlefield. I don't buy the line that it has ripped off the art from Team Fortress 2. I like it, and to say it's a rip off is like saying Call of Duty 4 is ripping off Battlefield 2 because they are both current day military shooters. I love how you can sit on the wings of a plane as if you are supposed to be there, if you played Battlefield 1942 you will understand. I can't wait! Also remember C4 Gaming will be closed Saturday.

2 corrections to the last post. The tournament will be on March 7th at 6:00 PM. C-4 Gaming will be open this Saturday but not Friday. Now for this week, Gears of War 2! So far there is nothing new other than EPIC actually announced the obvious, and there is a Sin City style video that shows nothing about the game. You can check it out for yourself here if you are interested.

Counter Strike tournment on March 8th. The details are here. Also, C4-Gaming will be closed on the weekend of February 29th and March 1st. Call of Duty 4 is on it's way into C4 Gaming, the wait is over, and Sins of a Solar Empire is a great new game that has been added so check it out!

A free update to Halo 3 is on it's way. If everything goes as planned, it will be out in less than a month. It's going to fix the melee problem. It used to be that if you struck first but had less health by any amount you would die. They are fixing it so that if you strike first and your health is within the range of about 2 AR bullets difference, you both die. Now people will be more cautious about getting into melee fights. New maps are also on the way, not as soon as this update but still coming soon. If you like to read lots of words, the real update is here. It's super long.

There have been lots of verbal requests for a tournament of this game or that game. It's time to write it down here and one will be chosen. C4 Gaming is about the local gaming community so your opinion matters. Check this out. It looks like a neat movie, not too original but still cool.

Team Fortress 2 was the game of choice at C-4 Gaming this weekend. There was an update but it was all taken care of and updated for everyone to enjoy. New achievements were added and I think this was more of a test to see how added content goes and more is just on the way. They also posted some interesting stats here. And also check out the Counter-Strike market. Every Monday the price of weapons are changed due to demand so you can see here what it will be. And don't forget about the tournament.
